The suite was spacious but not safe.

We had tons of fun racing down the wild water slides and making unforgettable memories with our teens! There’s a great children's playground, which kept the younger ones entertained while we relaxed.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options.

Not suitable for couple seeking peace

The wi-fi was usable enough for streaming some shows and didn't cut out too often. The room service was surprisingly quick, I had a decent burger while watching the sunset.

It wasn't exactly cheap but I guess you pay a price for the experience. This is NOT a safe place and NOT a 4 star hotel!

Had a blast with friends! We enjoyed hiking and snorkeling nearby, and the kids loved the water slides. The atmosphere was perfect for relaxation and fun. Plus, there's a great cycling route right outside. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to create unforgettable memories!

Unfortunately, our stay felt compromised by unreliable security measures, and the noise levels from neighboring units were bothersome at night. While the delicious sandwiches provided a bright spot in our dining experience, the overall atmosphere failed to meet expectations for a four-star rating.

a resort that raises alarms

Waking up to the sound of gentle waves and enjoying a tranquil pool area certainly added a touch of calm to my day, making it a pleasant escape.

Unfortunately, my stay quickly turned into a fiasco when the elevator malfunctioned, and to top it off, I experienced a distressing case of credit card fraud during my visit.
